I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space to grieve, to learn about grief, and to figure out how to move forward with your grief. We will discuss grief-tending practices, how to honor your loss, how to (safely) feel your feelings, and how to take good care of yourself as you are navigating the rocky terrain of grief. Each session is tailored to exploring what you need in this moment in your grief journey.
