Grief Support for Motherless Mothers

Living without your mom is hard.

Living without your mom while parenting is REALLY hard.

Mother’s Day? Watching your friends’ moms help with their kids? The anniversary of your mom’s death?

Yeah, it’s all really rough.

What if we knew that grief is sacred?

What if no one asked us to “get over it” or “move on”?

What if we could keep grieving AND find joy and purpose?

I offer online grief support and coaching for mothers grieving the death of their mother.

The work we do together will be customized to your situation and needs. Some things we might work on together: finding the space and time to grieve (however recent or long ago your mom died), identifying and honoring your mom’s legacy, planing for the tough days - Mother’s Day, deathiversaries, holidays, etc., helping your children get to know your mother.

My mom died when I was 32 and she was almost 63.

My mom died one year before my daughter was born.

I co-created a support group for motherless mothers, because I needed it.

Our group met for 7 years. The support I received transformed me.

I am an Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, and a certified From Grief to Gratitude coach. I have studied with Hope Edelman & Claire Bidwell Smith and am a Certified Mother Loss Provider. I also have a Masters of Social Work.

It is an honor and a privilege to support other mothers in their grieving and in their mothering.

Please be in touch so we can discuss if grief coaching is a good fit for you.
